The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
10 minutes: Burpees
10 minutes: Push Press

Every Minute on the Minute:
8 Mountain Climbers
18 Jump and Touch

Much like yesterday, on paper this workout is extremely intimidating. In reality, the majority of the workout will be spent on the mountain climbers and jump and touch. In order to keep it close to even, though, aim for roughly 30 seconds worth of burpees/push press each minute.
