Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
20 minutes: Air Squats

Every Minute on the Minute:
6 Butterfly Sit-Ups
3 Tuck Jumps

On paper, this workout is extremely intimidating. but you’ll only end up doing air squats for roughly 30 seconds of each minute. Aim to pace accordingly so you don’t burnout too soon and hit a wall that prevents you from continuing. Also don’t be afraid to scale back the number of reps of sit-ups and tuck jumps to ensure between 25 and 30 seconds of air squats each minute.
