The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
2 Rounds:
4 minutes: Burpees
3 minutes: Thrusters
2 minutes: Butterfly Sit-Ups
1 minute: Ground to Jump and Touch

Pacing will be hugely important. The goal within each time interval is to keep near constant movement, not to move as fast as possible.
