*After each set, complete 2 rounds:
4 Muscle Cleans
4 Push Press
Grip is going to fry through this workout, and it’s going to happen faster than your athletes think. As this begins to happen, a great strategy is to break the Muscle Cleans up into a set of 3 and a set of 1 – that way, the last rep will put you into the front rack position, right where you need to be for your push press!
