Warm Up Sequence

Yoga flow sequence, follow video below

9 Thrusters
27 Narrow Mountain Climbers
9 Thrusters
18 Torpedo Pull-Unders
9 Thrusters
3 Burpees

The intention here is to have a total change of pace when you hit your burpees. All the other movements can be slow and steady, but every time you hit those three burpees put absolutely everything you have into them. Challenge yourself to get all three reps done in as close to 10 seconds (or less!) as possible.
