As a pair:
30 Push-ups (alternating every rep: 15 for each athlete, holding high plank while not doing push-up)
30 Back to Back Slamball Russian Twists (15 clockwise, 15 counterclockwise)
…then…
10-8-6-4-2 reps:
Air Squat (opposite partner holds slamball overhead while the other does squats)
