Alchemy FREE Intro class | Alchemy North Loop | Saturdays, 10am
The intro is designed to give those new to our gym a place to ask questions, get a feel for the space and sample a workout in a less intimidating group. If you’re full of questions, this one’s for you. Coach Karin Norby will be on deck to give you the tour on a new day and time. Starting November 5th intro’s are Saturday mornings 10am at NOLO.

Mindful Mornings 2.0 | Alchemy North Loop | Sunday, November 13th | 10:30am
Through Mindful Mornings Kit and Ace gives us an experience that introduces mindfulness as a daily well-being practice and highlights the ease of practicing meditation. Ashley Ward will be leading the group through a 20 minute meditation just before AFlow starts.
