A10 – Partner Workout!
Partner 1:
EMOM – 5 Minutes
(1, 3, 5): 10 Swings
(2, 4): 10 Push-ups
…in the remainder of each minute, Partner 2 is completing:
20 Jump and Touch
4 Burpees
while Partner 1 holds any plank variation they want — they can also do Narrow Mountain Climbers but they musn’t leave the plank position during the 5 minutes.
At 5-minute mark, partners switch so Partner 2 is now responsible for EMOM’s and plank hold and Partner 1 is doing Jump and Touch and Burpees
