Post morning classes we will be sampling our favorite Alchemy products. Swing by the front desk for a morning of samples. Think RX Bars, Square Bars, Vrou, SFH, you name it we, have it. Hopefully we make the start to your Tuesday just a little bit brighter!
The Olympics started and it’s time to get in the games! Wednesday night we’re competing in the AStrong Alympics. AStrong will be dedicated to deadlifts which will have a men’s & women’s division. La Croix and some beef jerky for participating! If it’s nice out, we’ll be in the parking lot to maximize our lifting abilities. Cheering is encouraged.
