Coach Christy and Coach Brock are switching gyms for the night. Can they handle the change of scenery? Christy will be coaching 5pm – A10 and 6pm A20 at North Loop. Brock will be coaching 5:30pm – A20 and 6:30 – A10 at Northeast.
Alchemy Loves Nurses| Alchemy North Loop & Alchemy Northeast | May 9th – May 15th
It’s a week to honor the Nurses in our lives. International Nurses day is May 12th. In recognition, all week we’ll be letting any nurses come take class for free. They give us the love & care we need when we’re sick, we’re returning the favor. Show your hospital badge at the front desk.
Frio Frio + Fido | Alchemy North Loop | Saturday, May 14th | Morning Classes
Spring has sprung, the dog needs a walk and you need some Ice Lollies. Frio Frio is setting up shop Saturday morning and we would LOVE to see your best friend there too! Dog treats on us. We’ll be collecting pics of you and your pooch outside of Alchemy, start snapping.
