Need a man in your life? Alchemy North Loop has you covered on Thursday nights. Coach JT, Peter and Brock all night. Tanks are sure to be worn and the beats are frat party worthy. Highlight of the night at 5:55pm Plank Hold contest. The guys are strong, but it’s up in the air if they can hold a plank longer than the women.
