Alchemy 365 reserves the right to, from time to time, at our sole discretion, modify our Terms and Conditions with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

The following membership terms and conditions apply to our current full-priced tiers only. If you are a Legacy member or on a promotional rate, your terms may differ from the below. Please reach out to us via email or live chat to get a copy of your membership contract.

Membership Contracts and Cancellations
All memberships are setup as auto-payments and automatically renew every 4 weeks until canceled via policies below. To cancel your membership you must submit a cancellation request. Cancellations are not accepted in person, via email, or over the phone.

No cash refunds for membership policy: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as credit.

Promotional Terms

First Free Month Offer 

  • This offer is limited solely to the intended recipient and may not be transferred, assigned or otherwise conveyed to a third party.
  • The offer may only be redeemed at participating studios and may not be combined with any other offers.
  • The promotional offer is valid within the period stated in the promotion details or email. Any attempt to utilize the promotional messages to redeem the offer outside of this time period will not be permitted.
  • After your promotional month, you must maintain your membership for 2 billing cycles at our regular rates.
  • Each month thereafter, your membership will automatically renew until you cancel it via our regular membership cancellation policy.

Regular Rates: Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at anytime but notice must be given 1 full billing cycle in advance. To give notice, please submit a cancellation request here.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policies
You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time with no penalty. Please review our full booking policies for more information on Late Cancel and No Show penalties: https://alchemy365.com/booking-policies/

Suspension Policy
All active members may place a free hold on their account for up to 1 billing cycle (28 days)! If you need to place your account on hold for longer than 1 billing cycle, you may do so for $9.99 per billing cycle. If you need to cancel your membership at any time during the duration of your hold, you must follow our standard membership cancellation policy and reactivate your membership for one full billing cycle before the cancellation can be processed. You must request your hold at least 72 hours before you would like it to begin. To request a hold, fill out THIS form.

Changing Your Membership Tier
Membership change requests must be made 1 full billing cycle in advance (28 days). To make a change request fill out THIS form. Requests are not accepted via email or in person.

Rollover Policy
Unused classes do not rollover. All unused classes will be lost at the end of each billing cycle. 

Member Drop-In Policy
If you run out of class credits and would like to attend additional classes before your membership renews, you can use a Member Drop-in. Simply pre-register for class like normal. Once you check in for class in the studio, we’ll charge you a discounted rate of $10 for every extra class you attend.

Class Pack Policies
Class packs cannot be returned and cannot be transferred to another client. 10 packs expire 6 months after purchase. 20 packs expire 1 year after purchase. 3 packs expire 14 days after purchase.

Referral Credit Polices
You can earn a $50 membership credit when someone you refer to Alchemy signs up for a membership. You must be on an active membership at the time of referral to receive a referral credit. All referral credit must be claimed within 28 days of the referred person signing up for membership. To claim your referral credit, you must fill out the form linked here.

Program Returns
Alchemy 365 PDF programs and are not eligible for return. This includes PDF programs that come with membership such as the Fresh Start Challenge.

Merchandise Returns
Items are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Products must be unused. We do not accept items outside of the 30 calendar day window. Items purchased online can not be returned or exchanged to an Alchemy studio.

Sale Items
All sale items are final.

Torpedo Warranty
The Torpedo has a Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not protect against shipping damages, normal wear and tear caused by usage, chipping, or rusting.

Health Warning and Liability Disclaimer
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other exercise or nutrition program to determine if it is right for your needs. This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising, smoke, have high cholesterol, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity. Do not use the Alchemy 365 service if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising, you should stop immediately.

The Alchemy 365 service offers health and fitness information and is designed for informational purposes only. Nothing stated or posted on the Alchemy 365 site or available through any Alchemy 365 services is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medical, professional or counseling care. For purposes of this agreement, the practice of medicine and counseling includes, without limitation, psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, or providing health or nutrition care, treatment, instructions, diagnosis, prognosis or advice. You should not rely on any information on the Alchemy 365 site as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information We Collect
Information You Manually Provide. Alchemy 365 collects the information you manually provide (using your keyboard, mouse, or touchpad) when you use this Site, for example, we collect the information you provide when you create an account, complete a questionnaire, communicate with us, sign up for an event, or otherwise interact with this Site.  Some of the information you manually provide may be personal information, such as your name and contact information.

Information From Third-Party Social Media Platforms. You may be able to register with, log on to, or enhance your profile on this Site by choosing to automatically populate the requested data fields with information you previously provided to a third-party social media platform (such as Facebook or Twitter). By doing this, you are asking the third-party platform to send us information, including personal information, from your profile on that platform. The Website Opt Out described above works only on websites. To opt out of having participating entities track your behaviors for advertising purposes when you are using our mobile app, download and use the Digital Advertising Alliance’s “App Choices” app. As with the Website Opt Out, the “Mobile App Opt Out: prevents tracking only by participating entities.
