Meet us at Target Field in downtown Minneapolis for a free bodyweight cardio class!
Our workouts combines yoga, strength and cardio into one class. You’ll begin with a warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Class peaks when you give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio. Class winds down with a dose of incredibly soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required! Please bring your own mat, water, and invite your friends – it’s FREE!
