We are BACK with a summer full of outdoor classes in the Twin Cities. Kicking things off over at one of our favorites spots, the Lake Harriet Bandshell in Minneapolis. Join the Alchemy team in the park for a bodyweight Cardio class to kick off your Sunday. Bring a yoga mat and a friend and we’ll see you there!
Our fitness classes combine yoga, strength and cardio into one class. You’ll begin with a warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Class peaks when you give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio. Class winds down with a dose of incredibly soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required! Please bring your own mat, water, and invite your friends – it’s FREE!
