Free Outdoor Class at Lake Harriet Bandshell

Back to the Bandshell for a free cardio workout! Bring your own mat, and get ready for a 50-min fitness class. We start with a warm-up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a 20 minute stretch of max cardio, and we wind down  with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
