Free Outdoor Class at Father Hennepin Park

End the day with us down the street from our Northeast Minneapolis studio for a FREE outdoor workout! We’ll be right along the Mississippi for an awesome summer night. Bring your friends and hit up Main Street after!
Alchemy 365 group fitness classes seamlessly blend yoga, strength, and cardiovascular training into a 50-minute, high-energy class that will leave you feeling more alive. Each class starts with a progressive yoga flow warm-up, integrating the movements of the day, into 20 minutes of high-intensity work. Class winds down with a dose of soothing stretching, and you’re ready conquer your day.
Open to all fitness levels. Bring a mat and water.
