Studio Update

Athletes: Please wear a mask when you enter the studio and keep it on until you reach your designated workout space. Per Colorado and Minnesota state guidelines, you may remove your mask while working out in a public fitness center or gym if the level of exertion makes it difficult to wear a face covering, provided that social distancing is always maintained.
