Come crush an A20 with the A Team! After, get ready to build community and celebrate the end of the week with some wings and drinks. We will be heading to Tiffs sports lounge after class.
ALCHEMY YOGA WORKSHOP
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5 | ALCHEMY 365 NORTH LOOP | 6PM
This special class will slowly transition through our core yoga postures commonly used in A10 and A20 classes. We will break down postures such as Crescent Lunge, Warrior ll, Downward Facing Dog, and a few others. Let’s bring it back to the basics. Spots are limited.

PULL-UP CLINIC

The elusive kipping pull-up is a Holy Grail-esque movement that each and every one of us desperately desires to conquer. In one hour, we will break apart the mechanics of the kipping pull-up, practice in high doses of small sets, polish up rough spots in your movement until finally, you’ve got your chin above the bar.
