Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library.
A20:
EMOM:
10 (+1) Air Squats
For remainder of minute: Butterfly Sit-Ups
*Go until you cannot complete the Air Squats as they add up, then start back over at 10 reps the next minute
Minute one starts with 10 Air Squats, followed by Butterfly Sit-Ups to finish the minute. Then minute two is 11 Air Squats, followed by Butterfly Sit-Ups. Continue tin this pattern all the way through the 20 minutes or until there is not enough time in the minute to complete the number of Air Squats. If you reach the point where you are unable to complete the Air Squats in any given minute, start back over at 10 and resume the ladder for however minutes you have left.
