This is not a drill. Built Body is here to stay! Catch this epic class on the schedule at your studio starting Monday. With the addition of this new class format, we’ve made some changes to the class schedules at all studios. We know schedule changes can be hard — but anytime we make an adjustment like this, we’re doing so to provide you with the best possible experience. Please make sure to check the schedule before you head to class next week!

April is Stress Awareness Month and this year we’re making a point to focus on gratitude. In studio you’ll find a gratitude wall with new prompts each week – contribute to it before or after class! And whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, we’ve got you covered with complimentary coffee in the AM and tea in the PM. Walk in feeling antsy, walk out feeling alive more than ever.

Dogs, doggos, puppers, floofers…whatever you call them, we love them all! Bring your best fur friend to Inbound BrewCo (it’s dog friendly!) + meet up with the MN A-Team outside the studio!
