Every Minute on the Minute:
8 Butterfly Sit-Ups
4 Tuck Jumps
On paper, this workout is intimidating – but you’ll only end up doing Air Squats for roughly 30 Seconds of each Minute. Aim to pace accordingly so you don’t burnout too soon and hit a wall that prevents you from continuing.
