Every Minute on the Minute:
4 Hang to Overhead
2 (+2) Push-Ups
In minute 1, complete 4 hang to overhead followed by 2 push-ups. In whatever time remains, rest. Then, in minute 2, complete 4 hang to overhead followed by 4 push-ups. Continue in this pattern all the way through the 10 minutes.
