Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
2 Swings
1 Push-Up

…then…

4 Swings
2 Push-Ups

…then…

6 Swings
3 Push-Ups

…and so forth

Upon completing 30 Swings and 15 Push-Ups, complete:
50 Forearm Plank Leg Lifts
30 Ground to Jump and Touch

Then, if time remains, start over
