Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps:
Single Arm Swing Snatch (R)
Single Arm Swing Snatch (L)
Butterfly Sit-Up
Narrow Mountain Climbers (x2)

Complete twice as many reps of narrow mountain climbers as the other movements within the ladder. So, complete 10 reps of swing snatch on the right, 10 reps on the left, 10 butterfly sit-ups, then 20 narrow mountain climbers. Continue in this fashion all the way down the ladder. Upon completing the ladder, start over.
