EARTH DAY
MONDAY, APRIL 22 AT ALL ALCHEMY 365 LOCATIONS
Alchemy 365 has always been blue, but we’re going green for Earth Day. All of our studios are taking over an evening class, then afterwards we’re walking through the surrounding neighborhood to clear up litter. Gloves, bags + snacks will be provided by the A-Team! April is Stress Awareness Month and this year we’re making a point to focus on gratitude. In studio you’ll find a gratitude wall with new prompts each week – contribute to it before or after class! Enjoy complimentary coffee in the AM – walk in feeling antsy, walk out feeling alive more than ever.

This is a day for us to reflect + give thanks to those individuals who have always been there for us. Who’s your hero? Mom? Dad? Your teacher or coach? Find the community board in studio, write down your (super)hero + dedicate your workout to them. Have an awesome superhero shirt? Wear it!
