The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

4 Rounds:

60 seconds: Thrusters

60 seconds: Butterfly Sit-Ups

2 minutes:
12 Mountain Climbers
4 Burpees

1 minute: Rest

Given this kind of extended rest window, we want to encourage as much intensity as possible during the time that is spent working – put everything you have into each and every round, and then push through the fatigue in later rounds to try to match that speed one round to the next!
