Every Minute On the Minute:
4 Hang to Overhead
2 (+2) Push-Ups
This workout features a format – Every Minute on the Minute – where the objective is to finish the amount of work as fast as possible within each minute, and whatever time remains serves as rest. In the first minute, complete four reps of hang to overhead and two push-ups. Then, at the start of the next minute, complete four hang to overheads and four push-ups. Continue this pattern, increasing the number of push-ups by two reps each minute, all the way through the 10 minutes.
