The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
5 Rounds:
30 seconds: Hang Clean and Press (R)
30 seconds: Hang Clean and Press (L)
30 seconds: Straight Leg Deadlifts
30 seconds: Single Arm Bent Over Rows (R)
30 seconds: Single Arm Bent Over Rows (L)

1 minute:
3 Burpees
3 Tuck Jumps

30 seconds: Rest

Today’s workout features unilateral – one side at a time – movements divided into separate time intervals. The movement video for the hang power clean and bent over row demonstrates the movement done with both hands on the torpedo, but when completing the workout the movement should be done with just the right of left hand grasping the center handle. The straight leg deadlift should be done as the video demonstrates, holding both outer handles of the torpedo with both hands.
