Legends: “THE ASHLEY”

Introduce yourself to the ASHLEY, our first Legend workout

The Legends  will become a central part of the Alchemy experience. Special, to-be-repeated workouts that will challenge you like never before. The hardest workouts at Alchemy, inspired by what makes this place legendary: YOU.

It wasn?t easy picking our first legendary member, but Ashley Houle certainly represents the best of us. She?s persistent, consistent, and proof that hard work pays off. Ashley is a walking, talking, living, breathing example of PYL who has been with Alchemy through it all.

?Alchemy has completely changed my perspective on fitness and what it means to be an athlete.

Before joining Alchemy, I had always viewed exercise as a chore, something that I had to do in order to maintain my health. I never considered myself an athlete and had never participated in any sports or physical activities outside of my daily routine. However, after attending Alchemy365 classes, my mindset completely shifted. The workouts at Alchemy are intense and challenging, but also incredibly fun. I never get bored and always feel like I am making progress.

What I appreciate most about Alchemy, however, is the sense of community that it fosters. The gym attracts people from all walks of life, but we are all united by our shared commitment to improving our physical and mental health. The coaches and other members are always supportive and encouraging, which has helped me to feel more confident and motivated in all areas of my life. The coaches at Alchemy365 saw potential in me that I never knew existed, and they pushed me to challenge myself in ways that I never thought possible.

I am stronger, healthier, and happier than ever before, and I owe it all to this amazing space and the people who make it such a special place. When faced with a challenge I often refer to the challenging workouts I?ve done. I know I am capable of more and this type of confidence has helped me in my personal and professional life.?
