Our Northeast location in Minneapolis is hosting a FREE in-studio class on Saturday, October 12 at 9:30am! Text the crew, and let them know you have the hook-up for a great workout.
Each workout starts with a warm-up integrating yoga postures and all the movements of the day to get the body moving and warm. You then give it your all during a stretch of max cardio for 20-25 minutes. Class winds down with soothing stretching. No yoga or fitness experience is required!
