The 10K Pursuit is coming to Minnesota! Join us for a FREE trial class where Coach Amelia will go over the program and take you through a session, hitting all three elements of the training: running, strength and mobility. The 10k Pursuit is an 8 week training program blending outdoor running, with in-studio strength and mobility workouts. The program culminates in a 10k race in August you’ll run with your fellow athletes.
