Barbell classes focus on 1-2 core lifts using the barbell, along with auxiliary lifts and a short burst of conditioning to end the workout. Open to all fitness levels, we help beginners gain confidence and comfort with fundamental weightlifting movements, and give our more experienced athletes the chance to chase serious gains.
