The Reviews Are In: Strength Training With Results

Wow, what a ride it’s been! Over 160 dedicated athletes dove headfirst into our brand-new training program, pushing themselves to new limits and emerging stronger than ever.

Small Group Training is a 6-week training program designed for muscle building and strength development through controlled, targeted movements. Limited to six people per group, you’ll receive more hands on 1-1 coaching, an app to track your progress, and brand new programming you won’t find in our regular classes – all while benefiting from the group’s collective accountability, energy and support.
