?I went from barely being able to lift the barbell back in Feb to feeling really strong and much more confident in pushing myself to lift a bit more ? and I met a bunch of great people in the process!? ? Liz D.

?This was one of the most humbling and incredibly rewarding training programs I have been a part of! Tyler?s coaching really helped lay a foundation for understanding these complex lifts and getting me to a much higher caliber form and technique. I learned a lot, had a ton of fun, and got noticeably stronger during this program.?  ? Connor M.

Small Group Training gave me the opportunity to get specialized training that is otherwise hard to get in larger classes. I greatly increased my overall lifting capability and strength levels on numerous different lifts. It was also a lot of fun to do the training with some close friends. I felt meaningful changes in my body composition and strength, so I?d love to do it again. ? Dallas V.

?I love lifting, but this only made me feel more confident. Each time I do these lifts now (front and back squats, deadlifts, bench, etc) I am able to remember super helpful tips and tricks that Tyler taught us that will help me maintain the integrity of my lifts in perpetuity!? ? Elizabeth C.
