Abs + Arms Program
The time has come to put spring break and summer prep into full gear. We’re excited to release our first ever 21-day Abs Arms challenge — a concentrated program designed to target the core, the shoulders, the triceps and the biceps.
This challenge can be done anywhere. When you sign up, you’ll get a program guide that includes 21 daily workouts with movement demo videos. The Torpedo is the main piece of equipment you need for this challenge. We recommend going a little heavier for your weight, you’ll want a weight that really challenges you to get the most out of the program. If you want to amplify your workouts, consider picking up one of our resistance bands and a sit-up mat.
One thing is certain, by the time this is over, you’ll be ready for the pool, the beach, or any other place you plan to put your abs and arms on display.
