Push-Up Series

Build strength and capacity with one of the simplest and most effective movements: the push-up. Four weeks for athletes to train the muscles used for push-ups with a level of concentration and intensity not found in class. Don’t mistake this series for push-ups only – prepare to train with pressing movements and abdominal development as both are critical for success in the push-up.

Squat Series

When it comes to absolute strength, squatting is king. For six weeks, athletes will squat twice a week in increasingly difficult rep and loading schemes. The series will focus primarily on the back and front squat, but will also have elements of explosive plyometric training to go along with it.

Build strength. Build power. Get faster. Go further. Six weeks dedicated to developing real strength and power in our primary pressing and pulling exercises. We’ll be deadlifting, power cleaning, ring rowing, bench pressing, floor pressing, and more. We’ll be getting strong. Very, very strong.
