These Classes Are Our Bread and Butter

Alchemy 365 is built on improving your weekly workouts in a challenging, yet exciting environment. Come to a few A30/A50 group classes and you’ll find that you’re always challenging yourself in a new way because our workouts change daily. Work different muscles in your body and keep your mind in it from minute one to minute done. The A30/A50 class rhythm is designed to help you execute moves confidently at different paces for peak intensity. We start off with a power yoga warm-up that incorporates the movements of the day. Coaches help you practice the movements, then it’s time to bring up the intensity. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy a much needed few minutes of zen in the yoga cool down and recover before you get back to your daily routine.

A30 & A50 Cardio:
During the conditioning portion of our A30 Cardio class, Athletes will be in constant motion with limited rest. You can expect rep schemes that allow you to quickly transition from movement to movement. You’ll see 3-6 movements per class covering a range of body parts so that the whole body is fatigued without experiencing overuse.

A30 & A50 Bodybuild:
Our Bodybuild class focuses on strength gains, weightlifting, and muscular endurance. As opposed to the fast-paced cardio work you may be accustomed to, this class will focus on muscular fatigue. You can expect that great soreness (and visible gains) you feel after pumping iron!

A30 & A50 Circuit:
Each A50 Circuit class will challenge Athletes to rotate through 5 rounds of 5 minutes on and 1 minute off of movements. You can expect simple, maximum effort work at stations with a consistent format you can count on.
