Join us for an outdoor, midday AFlow class to stretch and take a break from your busy workday. This will be our classic AFlow class but slowed down a little to keep you fresh before heading back to work. The Green Space is located between the new Nordic Building and Freehouse. This is a Minneapolis event like none other. We’re teaming up with our neighbors and friends at Young Joni + Dangerous Man Brewing to bring you another free outdoor A10! Class starts at 10:45AM in the parking lot of Young Joni + lawn of the Minneapolis Fire Station 2. Post-class, Young Joni is opening its back door early for you to purchase their famously delicious pizza. Then go grab a brew over at Dangerous Man Brewing with $1 off your first pint. Class is capped at 60, so be sure to pre-enroll here to claim your spot (+ pizza)!
