Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library.

A10:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps:
Push-Ups
Strict Press
*After every round, complete 30 Jump and Touch

A round here refers to a set of both Push-ups and Strict press. So, complete 10 Push-Ups, 10 Strict Press, 30 Jump and Touch. Then, complete 9 Push-Ups, 9 Strict Press, 30 Jump and Touch. Continue in this pattern all the way down the ladder. Upon finishing, start back over at 10.
