The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library.

A20:
50 Air Squats
50 Lunges
50 Butterfly Sit-Ups
*After every round, reduce the number of reps by 5

The workout starts with 50 Air Squats, 50 Lunges and 50 Butterfly Sit-Ups. Having completed one full round, reduce the number of reps of each movement by five – completing 45 Air Squats, 45 Lunges and 45 Butterfly Sit-Ups. Continue this pattern all the way down the ladder. If finishing the round of 5 reps, start the workout back over at 50 reps.
