The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A10:
15 Lunges
15 Air Squats
15 Bicycles
12 Push-Ups
12 Squat Jumps

Rest 20 seconds after each round

The rest should occur after each completed round. It’s not designed to be a lot, but enough to encourage you to push through the following round with the same level of intensity you did the start the workout
