Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

10 Rounds:
1 Tabata Interval: Goblet Squats
1 Tabata Interval: Mountain Climbers

Tabata refers to a time interval wherein the objective is to work for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. So, in this workout you will complete 20 seconds of Goblet Squats, then rest for 10 seconds. Then, complete 20 seconds of Mountain Climbers followed by 10 seconds of rest. Follow this pattern, alternating back and forth between Goblet Squats and Mountain Climbers, for the full 10 minutes.
