April is Stress Awareness Month and this year we’re making a point to focus on gratitude. In studio you’ll find a gratitude wall with new prompts each week – contribute to it before or after class! And whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, we’ve got you covered with complimentary coffee in the AM and tea in the PM. Walk in feeling antsy, walk out feeling alive more than ever.
