The Workout

Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

A20:
4 Rounds:

4 minutes:
2 (+2) Hang Power Cleans
2 (+2) Air Squats
2 (+2) Ground to Jump and Touch

1 minute: Rest

This workout uses a progressively increasing rep scheme. In round one, complete two reps of each movement. Then, in round two, complete four reps of each movement. In round three complete six, in round four complete eight, and so on. Continue in this pattern as high as you can through each four minute window before resting for one minute. At the start of each new round, start back over at two reps of each movement.
