After every round, complete 30 Jump and Touch
A round here refers to a set of both push-ups and strict press. So complete 10 push-ups, 10 strict press, 30 jump and touch. Then, complete 9 push-ups, 9 strict press, 30 jump and touch. Continue in this pattern all the way down the ladder. Upon finishing, start back over at 10.
