Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library

Every Minute on the Minute:
4 Hang to Overhead
2 (+2) Push-Ups

Each minute, complete two more minutes than the minute before it. So, minute 1 will be 4 Hang to Overhead followed by 2 Push-Ups. In minute 2, complete 4 Hang to Overhead and 4 Push-Ups. Continue in this pattern through the 10 minutes.
