A10:
5 Push-Ups
10 Burpees
15 Mountain Climbers
…then…
5 Squat Jumps
10 Jumping Lunges
15 Forearm Plank Leg Lifts
Keep track of completed rounds, and in the event of an incomplete round count number of completed movements, and number of completed reps of whichever movement you finish on (e.g. Two full rounds + 5 Push-Ups, 7 Burpees)
