Warm Up
Follow one of the warm up sequences in our library
A20:
3 Rounds:
10 Jumping Lunges
10 Air Squats
…then…
2 Rounds:
10 Hang to Overhead
10 Push Press
…then…
1 Round:
10 Burpees
The workout begins with three rounds of 10 jumping lunges and 10 air squats. This means to alternate between 10 jumping lunges and 10 air squats three times, ultimately completing 30 reps of each. Then, complete two rounds of hang to overhead and push press. Finally, finish with one round – 10 reps – of burpees. Upon completing the burpees, start the workout over.
