Warm Up Sequence

4 Cycles:
5 Tabata Intervals: Goblet Squat Jumps
2 minutes:
5 Push-Ups
7 Air Squats
30 seconds:
Burpees

This workout has a good amount of clock management associated with it. Set yourself up for success by thinking about how you want to manage your clock/timers beforehand!
