365 Challenge Sneak Peek: Vanilla Raspberry Chia Pudding

Makes: 3 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups chia seeds
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 scoops Vanilla SFH, Sunwarrior protein, or Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Raspberries and Cashews (optional for toppings!)

Directions:
Add chia seeds, milk, and protein to a large jar or bowl. Stir continuously for 1 minute until incorporated. Cover and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours; it gets thicker the longer you leave it! Alternately, you can divide this into 3 servings and make each pudding in an individual jar. Top with berries and nuts when you’re ready to eat!
