10 Single Arm Swing Snatch (L)
15 Torpedo Hang to Overhead
This workout features a LOT of time in the overhead position – be very particular that while overhead, you have 1) fully extended elbow(s), 2) your torpedo is stacked directly over your midline, and 3) you are pressing up against your torpedo.
